By merging with CIS Information Services, in August 2006, we became part of a large organization that is still able to provide "small company" personal, friendly and individualized customer service backed by the most advanced and effective technology offered to date. Our customer service department works directly with your staff to immediately initiate the process of modifying the original credit report. All incoming requests are responded to promptly by a Lenders' Credit Services representative. This results in the timely acknowledgement of and attention to the request.
