What does this mean to our customers? The transformation will be absolutely transparent to you. You will still call the same office and seek advice and assistance from the same courteous and knowledgeable staff that you are used to dealing with. Your supplement requests will still be completed in the shortest amount of time possible. While we encourage you to request updates through our on-line system (simply by clicking on the trade line in the report) for greater efficiency, we still welcome your calls and faxes.

The big difference is that we now offer more and better technology as far as seamless LOS (loan origination software) integration, automated underwriting interfaces, custom-designed programs utilizing our in-house IT staff, management tools, and many more lender relationships.
